Car rental terms and conditions
Our vehicles are insured under the following types of insurance:
- TPL (third-party liability) - provides protection against financial losses in the event of damage caused to third parties.
- TP (theft insurance) - guarantees protection against loss of the vehicle in the event of theft.
- CDW (collision damage waiver, excluding glass, mirrors, tires, and the vehicle's undercarriage) with a $200 deductible.
For a small additional fee, we offer Full Coverage and Full Coverage+ insurance with no deductible.

Car delivery and collection
- All cars are provided with a full tank! You don't need to worry about finding the nearest gas station; you can just pick up the car and drive away.

- We offer additional options such as child seats, GPS navigators, SIM cards with unlimited internet, Wi-Fi routers, wheel chains, ski and bicycle racks, and other accessories that can be ordered separately.
Additional information
- Unlimited mileage - there is no daily mileage limit on our cars.
- Contract conclusion - we conclude contracts in two languages - Georgian (official) and the customer's language.
- Return the car without any hassle - we do not require you to pay for washing when you return the car, as washing is already included in the rental price.

Filing an insurance claim for car return
Yes, except for the tires and the underbody of the car.
No, the insurance claim is filed at the scene of the accident or when the damage is discovered while the vehicle is parked. Moving the vehicle before filing the claim will void the insurance coverage.

The renter pays for damage within the deductible. The insurance company pays for everything else, except for tires and the underbody of the car.

The car rental process
Choosing a car
On our website, you can choose the car you like and contact us directly to clarify the details. You can also submit a reservation request, after which we will contact you, clarify the availability of the selected car, and offer alternatives if the desired car is not available.
Conclusion of the contract
After clarifying all the details of the rental, we request the necessary documents, create a reservation, and draw up a contract, which we send to you for review.
Receiving the vehicle
On the day of rental, the car is either delivered to you or you come to our office to pick it up. We inspect the car with photo and video recording. Our employee will tell you about the nuances of driving a car in Georgia, insurance options, and answer all your questions.
24/7 support
We are always available to help you with any issues, from refueling to breakdowns and parking fees. Half an hour before the car is returned, we check for any fines and notify you of them.
Car return
When you return the car, we will inspect it together with you for any new damage. If everything is in order, the return form will be signed and the deposit will be returned. If there are any fines or other conditions affecting the amount of the deposit, the necessary amount will be deducted and the rest will be returned to you.
